Nice reel case bit small but they only seem to do one size, but it does the job for the reel the orly 8000 size can't fit the spare spool in , but is a perfect size for the yuki shore takes the reel and spare spool easily.
Well I have to say more than a bit pleased , was looking to try out a continental style rod so opted to go for a cheaper rod in case I didn't like them. Rod arrived came in a nice protective padded bag, taking the rod out was immediately struck by how light it was ,put it together and once again found it light and more important perfectly balanced, attached the yuki orly I bought with it the shallow spool loaded with 15 pound line and shock leader ,tried the rod with 3,4 and five ounce leads ,overhead thump off the ground casts ,the rod was absolutely brilliant can't fault it best with the 4 and 5 didn't have any heavier with me ,was just down my local playingfields , but just by the balance and feel of the rod and the tip action I know it's going to be a rod I'll be happy to fish with, and for just over a hundred quid , can't fault it ,good asit is makes me think just how good are the mid range and top of the range? Well done yuki great value for money.
In my view, the best behaved line Ever. I use itfor carp fishing on waters where SHOCK LEADERS are banned. The 0.37 is absolutely perfect.
And the service, unbelievable, buyit and it turnd up really really quickly and well packed.
