These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.
The Contract Between Us
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Shut Up And Fish Limited. Shut Up And Fish Limited must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
Once payment has been received Shut Up And Fish Limited will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Shut Up And Fish Limited’s acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
Shut Up And Fish Limited is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

Any other websites which are linked in to or from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.

Availability of Goods You Order
If Shut Up And Fish Limited has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Shut Up And Fish Limited from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and Shut Up And Fish Limited will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Shut Up And Fish Limited will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.
Any item that was faulty at the point of sale may be returned for free repair, replacement or refund, provided you have the original receipt or alternative proof of purchase and the faulty item is returned complete with all components. (All faults & defects must be reported within 48 hours from the time of delivery)
Faults developed within the warranty period
Most items sold by Shut Up And Fish Limited come with a 6 - 12 month manufacturer's warranty. If a product develops a fault within the warranty period we will provide assistance in contacting the manufacturer of the product ordered. The manufacturer will normally offer spares or a repair depending on the type of product purchased. If an item has broken in normal use and it is within its warranty period, it must be returned to us a long with a cover note with your order number, name, address and contact details along with a note explaining the circumstances of the damage. Generally items must be inspected by a manufacturer's representative before any replacements can be issued. Wear and tear is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please note a handling charge to cover return post and packing may apply. Please package your return parcel securely returning in the original outer packaging where possible. All items returned by post are at your cost and we advise you to obtain a certificate of posting or use an appropriate service with the Royal Mail which offers parcel tracking.
Please note that you will not be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in respect of fair wear and tear.
Please return the original and complete packaging.
Faults within 28 days
An exchange or refund will be issued providing the item is returned within 28 days from the original date of purchase.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, but if you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 28 days of purchase, and in original, undamaged packaging. The returned goods must be in a new resaleable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. (including any free gift promotional items) If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. We are more than happy to exchange any unwanted items bought over the phone or online, provided they are returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 28 days of delivery. Postage refunds will not be issued in such circumstances.

If the item returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount

Refund / Delivery charges
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
If a package is returned to us because no one was available to take delivery, it has not been collected, or the courier has not been contacted we can only refund the value of the order less all packaging and delivery costs. Packages sent by courier will incur both an outward and return delivery charge.
Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by Email or by phoning us on 0117 2300799
Changes to This Agreement
Shut Up And Fish Limited reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
