Axia Fluorocarbon is a 100% fluorocarbon line, it refracts light similar to water, meaning it remains clear and invisible when immersed. The unique hardness of fluorocarbon line makes it ultra-abrasion resistant and tough, ideal when fishing for hard-hitting species and when fishing around snags. The high knot strength gives the confidence to use it in most angling conditions, it is ideal for snoods, light rig bodies and longer flowing traces. This is the line to use when targeting shy biting fish in clear water and when you need the extra security afforded by fluorocarbon line.

Where ever possible your order is shipped the same or next working day, by Royal Mail or parcel courier. Busy periods may take a little longer!

Delivery working day's are Monday - Friday.

Please note Saturdays are not classed as a standard delivery day although some items sent by Royal Mail may arrive on a Saturday.

If, in the unlikely event, we do not have your product in stock we will advise you as soon as possible of the anticipated despatch date. If the item out of stock is only part of your order we will part ship those items in stock and forward the out of stock item as soon as possible.

All products are carefully packed to avoid any damage in transport. We do recycle some of our boxes so you may receive a box which may have old labels removed etc but it all helps to keep postage costs low and of course the enviroment benefits too.

Great little reel

I don’t need to say much other than I now have three of these little reels loaded with 6-12lbs braid, I have to say I can’t fault them they’re just great!! I’ll be getting some larger ones in time for the pike season….

Lovely rod, light but with a bit of backbone!

Only used the rod twice, but it handles really well, I’ve been fishing the K & A canal doing a mix of overhead & under arm casts using jig or cheb weights as low as 0.8g, teamed with a 1000 size reel with 9lbs braid it’s great. It’s handled some nice perch & a pike so far, nothing huge of course, but really like it & enjoy using it. The finish is really good, so all in all a great little rod.

Best fishing back I’ve ever had

I just love this bag, plenty of room for three lure boxes, with additional space for fluorocarbon & wire trace spools, has the additional benefit of taking my Yeti cup so hot tea for at least 6 hours. I take two rods so having the rod holder works perfectly for my second rod when I’m walking & fishing!!

So much better than coasters.

I still have my Abu Atlantic 464 from the 70's which has the straight black butt with coasters. I always struggled with these and fashioned my own clamp to secure the reel. I've started fishing again and wanted a neater solution as I generally use fixed spool reels. I found this sliding reel seat whilst browsing online.
What a difference! It matches the rod, is easily adjustable and secures the reel at any point on the butt that I choose.
Very pleased with it.
