After many years of fishing around the world catching numerous specimen size fish, Grant Woodgate put his knowledge and passion for fishing together to design some high quality lures effective in catching a wide variety of predatory fish. The goal was to develop a range of topwater and sub surface lures that could be cast long distances covering as much ground as possible.

Strong and hard wearing lures capable of enduring the extreme conditions of rocky shorelines and headlands whilst being effective in catching fish was the priority.

We are proud to have developed Samson fishing lures a range of virtually indestructible, long distance casting lures capable of catching small bass right through to the toughest of predators.
